I'm very sorry to say, you over charged me according to your website, the lamd vindaloo was at best a medium curry and I would guess just a standard (watery) sauce you use for many of your curries, then just had in the meat. It had not freshness or authentic flavour. Instead it was watery and bland. Just disappointing!! Your lamb kebab starter was mushy with no salad at all??? It does not sit comfortably with me to write to you like this but you are expensive and as a customer i deserve quite a bit better.

We used to use you a lot when we lived in Sutton about 5 years ago and saw that you delivered to Coulsdon so we're excited that we could order from you again. Unfortunately the food we ordered this evening was not at all to the standard we would expect from you. The food was flavourless. It was very expensive compared to our usual curry house we use more local and unfortunately we barely ate any of it.

Asked for contact free delivery. When I opened door guy was right in front of me. No mask. Handed food bags to me. He was so close I felt is breath on my face. Hope I don’t get COVID

Sadly, really disappointed. My son treated me to a takeaway for my birthday. I ordered for delivery at 7pm and it arrived at 6.40pm. Ok, not a big issue. I had the chicken dhansak and it was clear the chicken was reheated. It was tough as leather. Temperature was ok except the naan bread was stone cold. My son had the prawn curry and couldn’t eat it. He said the prawns were like chewing rubber....again I’m concerned these may of been reheated. Really disappointed overall

Yesterday morning (31 December 2020) I ordered a delivery for 7:30pm. I tried calling you several times and each time I could not get through. The phone was constantly engaged. Our food finally arrived at 9pm which was 1.5 hours late. No one called us to keep us informed of the delay. The food was not cooked very well; the chicken was dry and the sag aloo was undercooked I.e. the potatoes were still a bit hard. Considering your previous reputation as being a very good local restaurant, we thought we would have a nice meal. I’m sorry to say it wasn’t good enough. Neither the delay nor the quality of the food was worth the £40 spent. I am hoping you will provide some sort of compensation in the form of a credit or partial refund, I would think 50% of the price we paid would be reasonable. Please call me to discuss as soon as possible. Thank you.

Where do I start firstly we tried to cancel our order 2 hours prior to the delivery they was ruud to my girlfriend on the phone saying we can’t refund you you can have the order next time you come in we said don’t worry just bring us it anyways got to 9pm when our order was suppose to be there for 8 I then drove down there for them to tell us they cancelled our order. Lol

Just had our delivery king prawn korma absolutely fantastic , compliments to the chef and staff , we have had many celebrations dining in the restaurant too and we are always statisfied would def recommend . Thanks again Haweli
